Sick fish

I have one fish that looks a little fuzzy, almost like there is bubbles on her. She is swimming and eating normal. I tried catching to put in quarantine but couldn't get her . It would have to be a bucket as I don't have a extra tank. I did up the temp a bit to 85 and put a little salt in the tank. Anyone know what this is, did some searching but nothing matches it very well

I had done 2 25% water changes over the weekend. Just checked and nitrates are high so I just did a 50% pwc.

I had tried attaching the pic right from the phone app but that didn't work so well, not a great pic. Water test is from before the last 50% pwc
