It depends on the meds. An air stone might work. But the salt relaxes them.

Yeah, I've tried that stuff. It's ok. But I found aquarium salt with cleaning work a lot faster. 1- 1.5 tsp per gallon. Dissolve it in a bowl (of tank water) add to tank slowly. Just watch him, make sure he can handle to dose you give. You can leave it in the tank for 2-3 days then change the water and redose unless he's better by then.

Neon tetra disease or ich? Betta's can get the disease too.

Neon tetra disease: if you have other fish in that tank I'd pull them! I'd also pull them neons and ice them! Look for signs on them. Read this if your interested... again, I'm sorry you lost him. Sorry for ur loss my friend, if u plan on getting another one make sure there is like almost no water flow in the tank. Looked like in the pic that ur filter was kinda heavy with blowing water. Betta with big fins need a verry soft flow of water
