Sick guppie

I have my first sick fish! He (a male blue guppy) won't open his rear tail-fin and just stays mouth to the surface barely swimming behind the filter... Checked levels all fine and the other 7 fish are very active and healthy looking! I think hes been fading colour since we got him 2 weeks ago from the LFS but it might just be me any ideas peeps ??

Sorry about your fish. Good luck with the others. It may be a good idea to try to get info on it just in case something like this happens again.
