sick jack dempsey

My jack Dempsey recently started scratching himself on decor and sand. I have had him for two yrs. I figured maybe ich but i look at him closely everyday no white spots. Sometimes he does rolls he is in pain i need help. I think maybe internal parasite....but wat kind?

It sounds like an internal parasite go to like petco they will have a cure all formula for ip ect...
