I am confused on the subject of silicone. So if the silicone is 100% silicone it can be used inside the aquarium when dried.

Basically, as long as it does not contain mold/mildew inhibitors. Stock with GE 1 and your be good.

Has to be either aquarium silicone or GE 1 silicone WITHOUT mold and mildew prevention. You want doors and windows, not bathroom and tile.

Thanks y'all. So just look for GE 1 no mold or such resistance and doors and windows.
