size of tank

I am thinking of buyin some cihlids for my tank my tank is fully cycled and has been running for nearly a year no fish are currently in there as they were from and old tank and have eventually died thos tank is a 60 ltr tank is that big enough for a cichlid tank if so what types of cichlid can i have in there

I would suggest no cichlids. Maybe one ram or a pair or shell dwellers but that's about all

Whats the minmum tank size for small cochlids

Usually at least 20 gallons. Your is a about 15. Bigger is always better for cichlids of any kind

I've got a similar sized tank as a hospital tank now, but I started it to grow out my schoolers for my biotope tanks. Looking at it empty in my honest opinion, I can picture 3 diamond tetra, 5 lf blue or purple leopard danio, 3 dwarf chain loach and 2 oto cats or a couple snails... This is just me daydreaming though
