Skimmer acting up.

I have a Bak Pak 2 skimmer and when i turn on the air, no matter how small or large the amount i get HUGE amounts of microbubble that only seem to go away when i turn the air completely off. Is there anything that could be causing this? Does it need to run for a while? I havent had this problem before.

Mine does that too after i do a pwc, all i do is let it run and within a few hours if not just a day it will stop and continue as always.
