skimmer help

Hello this is my first post so hello all. I have been given a boyu wg-201 skimmer and I have no clue how to set it up any help would be great.

That is a protein skimmer used for Saltwater tanks. You don't use them, nor do they work in freshwater.

Ah ok I won't bother with that then lol just sitting there being wasted thought I may aswell chuck it in but now I won't. Thanks for the help
