on this skimmer there is a water line of where the water should be but my question is do oyu set the water to that line when there is no bubble in the water meaning plug the venturi line till all bubbles are gone or do you guess where solid water is when the bubbles are in there?..... reason i ask is the it is skimming but it seems that it only burps foam into the cup every so often thought maybe the foam should be a little closer to the top of the cup instead of being near the bottom and slowly burping some foam up and out....
