Snail catching

I need to get the rest of the Assasin snails out of my shrimp tank(originally put in to control an MTS explosion) I have tried veggie pieces but they get largely ignored (even the shrimp aren't big fans) so I am hand picking but as I am now down to mostly 1/4" ones or smaller they are a PITA assuming I can find them in the first place (**** moss.& guppy grass) So does anyone have a sure fire method for getting these guys, open to any & all suggestions - detailed instructions are a must, think *snail.trapping for dummies*

Not sure about assassins, but the rest of my snails go nuts over algae wafers. They form a “snail ball”.

Yeah unfortunately the Assains aren't nearly as attracted to the wafers as the MTS were - guess I bite the bullet and resign myself to more.hours up to the armpit in the tank hand picking as many as I can
