I noticed today that my elephant snail was on my birdsnest coral, then I looked at it later today and half of it is now gone/slimed up to where the jet is just blowing the polyps and stuff away... I thought that elephant snails were reef safe, anyone have advice on this?:confused::confused:

I'd get rid of the snail, IMO, once a critter has a taste for something it doesn't stop. I'd also make up a lugols solution or get coralrx and dip the coral into that ASAP.
