Snail question

What can I put in my planted shrimp tank to keep the pond snail under control. What kind of snail eater won't eat my shrimp? Thanks

It is easier to not overfeed and to check the plants for snails when you get them. Most snail eaters will eat shrimp too, so it wouldn't be a good idea to add a fish to take care of it. Assassin snails eat other snails. They don't get that big. If you wanted to replace the pond snails with the Assassins, you could. They don't reproduce fast like pond snails do.

I have a yo yo loach in my planted tank to control my pond snails and so far he has left my shrimp and other fish alone.
