I have 4 trapdoor snails with my JDs in a 75 gallon and they're doing fine and my jack dempseys are a breeding pair.

I have a 2 inch gold saum and a 1 inch jack Dempsey with 4 snails. They haven't ate them yet, but quite frankly, that's y I bought them, for a snack. And eventually, I'm sure they will be.

I didn't say the size of my snails but ok. I guess I did read the post slightly wrong but I'm sure there are larger snails u can buy for him. Either way I would think, ESP with jags that eventually they'd eat them. Check out the other persons post, those snails have made it and they are different from what I have. Thanks!
