some bug in my saltwater tank

If you look closely you will see a small bug looking thing what is this is it ich people said you can't see ich any help would be great

Lookup Copepods and amphipods. These are a good.

I looked them up and thanks man they look like fleas lol do they go away after time and is there any fish that I should get to control there population

They are beneficial. I would leave them alone. Mandarins and pipefish eat them exclusively but can be trained to eat prepared foods. However don't get either fish unless you have a very large population of pods and at least 75lbs of rock.
