Some type of pod

Putting plants into my sump and this little was found. He was in the plants and it felt like I was getting shocked so I dropped them on the ground lol.

It's an amphipod. Good guys to have around as they will scavenge for food through detritus and as they make their way into the main system, they become live food for your fish. If you have a few in your refugium, they will begin to breed into a nice healthy population.

P.S. the shock like feeling was just them running around in your hand, nothing to be alarmed by.
