something is wrong!

Please help, something is wrong with my female Krib. She is twitching and contorting her body into a weird twisted shape! They just bred and its been about two weeks. She is honestly really actig weird.
Anyone have any advice??

Tell us more about the tank and water conditions.

Its a 20 gallon tank with just her and the remaining babies (25ish)
Nitrates/nitrite levels are safe
Water is moderately hard
Alkalinity is low about (60 ppm) I know that's not good
And water is slightly acidic

It seems as though I was just freaking out, she did it for like 2 minutes and hasn't done it since.
