Sparkling gourami question

My planted 16g:

CPDs (not sure of number )
3 otos
6 pygmy cories

I'd like to add sparkling gourami; how many would you suggest I get?

Get 1 or 2 sparkling gouramis and 6-8 cpd they're schooling fish

Oh sorry, I already have the CPDs and bottom feeders, was looking for kind of a upper tank centerpiece fish.

Would you suggest one or a trio?
