spiroid worms invasion

hey guys/gals ive had a couple of spiroid worms in my tank on the glass and the more i look around the more i see theres about 32-33 in my 30g tank
and i keep seeing more plus today i saw about 5 on one of my snails and about 3 on the other
whats going on ?
how long till they go away?? they've been there for about 2 weeks now
i scraped them off on the front glass and there are none there now soo can i scrape off all of them
