Sponge Filter and Air Pump for 20l Aquarium

Hi guys, I'm looking to breed red cherry shrimp in a separate 20l cube aquarium. I would ideally like a sponge filter and air pump but I'm not sure what would be ideal for my 20 gallon long tank :/ which sponge filter and air pump would be ideal at a relatively low cost (below a total of $50)?! I have an ideal dark substrate and plenty of Java moss from my 20 gallon to help feed the RCS. Help would be very much appreciated as I am struggling to find an ideal sponge filter and air pump!!! thanks guys ))

I am a little confused. Is it a 20 liter tank or a 20 gallon long tank?

For sponge filters I really like Azoo sponge filters that stick on the back of the tank.

They come with extra sponges and I find it easier to catch small fish with the ones that stick on the back.

Here is a pick of all of them. If your tank is 20 litres I would get #3. If it is 20 gallons I would get #2.

Pretty much all the small airpumps are junk these days. I usually get the Tetra Whispers or the small Rena's. They are both fairly inexpensive.
