Spot in GBR fin

My GBR developed a white spot on a fin about three days ago. No other spots have developed on this fish or others in the tank.

Today, it appeared that the size of the spot has increased. Attached is a photo (the photo is if the fish's backside, and the spot is on the right side of the fish). Any ideas about what this is? I assumed it was ick, but no other cysts have developed. I raised the tank temp to 82 when I first noticed this. No other treatments have been given.

I started treating with Paraguard in the main tank thinking it may be ick. I'm using a half dose. The inhabitants seem to be handling it well.

That's pretty light duty stuff, I'd go full dose if anything, it could help, api fungal cure would be a better choice, or even general cure..

I've got a planted tank with cories and cherry shrimp. Any advice on a stronger treatment that would be compatible with these parameters?
