Star Polyps not opening?

I am just curious as to why my star polyps haven't been opening lately? Any ideas what I can do to help it?http://www.flickr.com/photos/59422509@N00/page3/ On this page you can see most opening up now I see one or 2?

Have you moved them at all? You are using MH lighting now correct? Where do you have them placed in the tank?

No I haven't moved them, yes I do have MH now. The star polyps are placed in center of tank high up. http://www.flickr.com/photos/59422509@N00/page3 If you check on these pages you can see it and the pic of the full tank it is in the center.

How long?

How long do they go with out opening? I have some star polyps and also some xenia's that stay closed for a bit then open up for no apparent reason.My baby xenia's stay closed for more than a day then open like everything is fine for a week. I wish I have MH lighting

You might wanna move them lower in the tank they dont need alot of light that may be your problem.

That could be,, Gooy I have mine in 30 gal with 192 watt PC power at the bottom. They seem really happy and are growing like crazy.

When you mean lower in the tank does it need to be where it is dark or just lower? I have just placed it on the bottom of the tank about 6" lower then before.
