Started my first planted tank could use suggestions.

I started a 5 gallon a bit ago and I already asked about lighting in a diffrent thread I made. Now I would like to ask what I should grow I have only had an anubis before I'm my 29 gallon and I just moved it to the 5 . Now I'm working on the lighting but I would like easy to grow plant suggestions thanks in advance. Also no co2 yet I'm not ready to go that far yet.

Rotala rotundifolia
Java fern
Dwarf sag
Crypts
And of course java moss, java ferns, and Anubias

+1 not sure about the rotala though.

Rotala Rotundifolia does quite well in my 20g tall low tech..

I did not have good luck with rotala rotundifolia. The stems rotted and they would pop up and float instead of growing roots.
