Starting Planted Brackish Tank

Im gonna build a square tank and decided to make it a planted brackish tank and make it look like a mangrove forrest. What plants can live in brackish water? And if anyone has any experience with figure 8 puffers could you give me your two cents on keeping two of them with maybe some bumblebee gobies or glassfish?

They aren't but i want my brackish tank to resemble that one. Not exactly plant for plant but some green stuff would be nice
