So how long does dechlorinator stay active in the aquarium? It's been too long since my last water change, and I'm running an invert tank, so I'm doing a big water change and refilling very slowly. At this rate, I'll have to shut off the water before bed and finish tomorrow. Should I re-dose the Prime when I resume filling tomorrow?

This is probably a questiong best posed to SeaChem directly. Unfortunately since you need the answer by tomorrow morning, you probably won't have an answer from them yet. In this sort of situation, I always prefer to err on the side of caution, so I would redose in the morning.

Prime is usually "active" for about 24 hours. I'd err on the side of caution and just re-dose. You won't over-dose by putting it in twice.
