Stock pond suggestions

Anyone have any suggestions on how to clear the water? I'm thinking it's just soil runoff since it's basically exposed clay around the entire pond

Not sure, maybe add some plants in the pond and around the edges? Assuming it's runoff it will never be crystal clear, but the plants may help a bit
