Hello. I'm would like to hear opinions on my community tank stocking. Whether I've got capacity, and if so, ideas on what to put in?

33g, 125 litres
Juwel filtration (don't know the precise power but the same as comes with the 63g model)
Planted
Amm 0 nitr 0 nitr 5-10
Ph 7.5
Hardness - don't know exactly but hard - London tapwater
Friends so far-
8 glowlight tetras
11 neon tetras
5 otos
6 Amanos
8 adult red cherry shrimp ( and have seen 3 shrimplets this evening - very exciting)
1 nerite
2 assassin snails

Can I fit anything else in?
If so any ideas?
I'd thought about marbled hatchetfish, but am in 2 minds whether I want floating plants, which I read they are better with.
I don't want breeding livebearers and I don't really go for guppy/ betta style flowing fins.
Do dwarf cichlids lead a satisfied life if there is only 1 of them? (to avoid them being aggressive when breeding)

Thanks in advance for any advice/ ideas.
