I have a new 46 gallon bow front sunsun canister kind of a reparium setup except full of water with a planter box behind it. I got this tank specifically for pearl gouramis. don't know what else I wantI visited the fish store today and I'm thinking a pair of angels and maybe a pair of kribs along with a small shoal of dwarf neon rainbows. I like to have some cleanup crew in there have Cory's and plecos in a different tank so would be looking for something different. what do y'all think what about the number of pearl gouramis and male and female ratio?

A single pair of angels would be nice. They hunt Neon Tetras in the wild so beware if youre trying to keep those. I recomend my favorite tetra, the Silvertip.
I wouldnt do Kribs IMO. Maybe Rams instead? A
I also wouldnt do a breeding pair of Gourami. A single one of the Opaline variety would be my choice.
YoYo loaches or Zebra Loaches are good bottom feeders.
A small school of Otocinclus Catfish would be good.
