Hi all,

I recently upgraded my reef tank.

Light: Current LOOP
Heater: Aqueon 100W
Live Rock: ~18LBS
Live Sand: 15lbs

Corals:

Hammer
Mushroom
2 button polyp colonies
Red zoa
Green clove polyp
Daisy polyps

Livestock:

Tailspot Blenny
Cleaner shrimp
Sexy shrimp (expendible)
Nassarius snails
Hermit crabs
Astrea snails

I have no idea what other fish I want to stick with.. something unique! Please help!

You could do like a blackcap basslett or a purple or helfrichi firefish. The helfrichi is $$$ though as I have one in my IM Nuvo 20. Or you could do a cool pair of clowns like snowflakes or picassos

I've considered all those things. While they're good options.. I was thinking something more unique like a possum wrasse

Just a little update:

Found my tailspot blenny carpet surfing when I went to feed him one morning ? RIP little buddy.

But since then I got 2 baby clowns and a few new corals

20170808_135330.jpg and an orange sponge with another coral that I don't know attached and a mushroom came on the rock as well

Not sure why the pictures double posted. I also plan on getting a Smith's blenny and maybe a Randall's goby to round out my stocking

This is a progress pic of the whole tank

No it is directly infront of the orange sponge. It blends in nicely with it actually. A deeper hue

Picked up a nice plate coral for a hefty discount because it had barnacles on it. I don't mind them and I love discounts

Nice plate. I had one at one point with the purple rim. Really cool coral. Just wait, if it doesn't like where it is in the sandbed it will inflate itself and move.

Thanks! I hope it likes where it is! Unfortunately where we place corals and nems never seems to be where they end up. ?

Added a nice frogspawn today
