Stocking list ok?

So i had a stocking list consisting of
10 Kuhli loaches
6 Cherry barbs
6 Gold barbs
5 Diamond tetras
But them my mom said she wanted an angelfish. So is this stocking list good?
1 Angelfish
10 Kuhli loaches
6 Gold barbs
6 Cherry barbs
The tank is a 55g (going to be planted) with a Marineland Emperor 400 Filter. Thanks!
