Stocking my 126 l tank?

So, I filled up and started cycling my old tank. As I'm waiting, I'm thinking of different plans for the livestock.

Here's my current most favourite plan:
6 x Pethia nigrofasciata
1 x Ancistrus sp. "super red"
2 x Laetacara dorsigera

What do you think? Are there any compability/water quality issues?
