I am cycling a 20 gallon tall tank that will be planted with some low light plants including a few java ferns, anubias, and as much carpeting with java moss as I can.

I want to get
10 ghost/cherry shrimp
7 neon/cardinal tetras
5 zebra danios
4 guppies

I will have 2 aquaclear 20 filters running with a prefilter over the intake, and some filter floss between the sponge and the bio media in the filter. a 100 watt submersable heater, and I have 2 of the 24 inch fluval eco led strips (8 watts each) on the tank. I have salted water in it now, but decided to stop using it, so it will work its way out with water changes.

any problems or suggestions with this setup?

That's a good setup you should not have any issues assuming you keep up with water changes

I think it'll look awesome! I would personally go with Cardinal tetras, but Neons are cool, too! Either way, if you stick with one kind or the other, you'll have a nice school with the numbers you posted.
