Hey guys. I am going to be setting up a 29 gallon tank. Most likely live planted with driftwood and/or rocks.

What would be a nice community stock? Maybe something with a Firemouth cichlid or Rams? Also please give me numbers because I am not really sure what the stocking numbers should be.

If its going to be heavily planted. I think a heavily planted tank looks good with alot of tiny schooling fish, a few for each species(all kinds of different species) with different swimming levels! I say dull brown fish, I know that sounds dumb but itll look way natural and cool! I say take a look at some featherfins!

Rams are great fish for a planted tank :) They look wonderful. I would do:

1x Pair of Bolivian or German Rams
10 Cardinal Tetras
8 Spotted Blue Eye Rainbow fish
6 Panda Cory Cats
3 Otos

That would be a nice tank :)
