Stocking suggestions please

My dad has just got himself a new fish tank. It's a Juwel Lido 120 (31 US Gallons) It measures, L - 61cm, W - 41cm, H - 58cm.

He's asked for my help with regards to stocking it but I don't know where to start. Can anybody help me out please?

What does he like eg cichlids, tropical, inverts, etc?

is your dad a fish person. if not asking him what fish he wants may not be an answer like chiclids of a community tank. i may be blue fish or aggressive fish.
im going to assume he is not a fish person, give him something easy and colorful. angels, neon's, guppys, bowsmani rainbows, cory cats, gouramis are all great choices, give him as little work as possible or he may not want it. this has happened to may people i have set up tanks for, i give them something they have to do a lot of work on and they don't want it.

and you know your dad best, what kind of fish do YOU think he will like, then ask us if it is a good choice.
