Strange algae

Have a 10 gallon RCS tank that has developed some strange crusty brown stuff on the sides. I'll include a picture but idk how much help that will be. I can barley scrape it off with my fingernail.

Diatom algae. My guess is this is a fairly new tank. Give it some time, brown algae usually goes away on its own. Otos will do a decent job with this algae, as will nerite snails.
