Sudden and Massive die-off

I'm not so sure that it is due to the recent damage via fragging. If you look at the pics, fully encrusted frags are having the same issues. I would get some carbon running and do some water changes as well. Testing the water would be a good idea as well. I know you tested but do it again and compare results.

Make sure the flow is good in the frag system. keeping the corals flushed will help in them healing.
 
Update:

There seems to be an outbreak of some kind of bug in this tank. I call them bugs because they are moving, but I really have no idea what they are.

Any ideas? Could this be related?

It is planaria (flatworm) and quite common, but I doubt they caused the die-off.
