Suitable lighting?

This looks more expensive than a LED rig. For a 15g you could get a par38 globe that would do the trick for half the price, Cree LEDs, dimmable.
What dimension is the tank? Is it your first saltwater?
 
If you can find the LED lights from innovative marine or Fluval for nano tanks they are fairly cheap and can do low to moderate corals. The PAR 38 bulbs are cheap and do a full range.

This isn't my first saltwater, but it's my first for about 5-6 years (father/son project)

I'm looking for something that can manage the full spectrum of corral if I can, but low and moderate will be good to start with.
