I always hear people talking about using super glue to place corals in their tank. I have some zoos on a rock that my CUC keeps knocking off their perch. I would like to glue that rock onto my LR. What kind of super glue is it that you use? Can you do it right in your display tank?

Super glue gel. Any brand really as long as it's cyanoacrylate. You can do it underwater, but as soon as you start squeezing it out, it skins over. It works OK. You need to really use alot. Put a big blob on the zoa rock out of the water 1st. Then stick the glue in the tank and squeeze it where you want to glue the rock. Grab the zoa rock, stick it in the tank and squish the blobs together.

It works real good if both pieces are out of the water.

Wow.... something so simple, and it works! Thanks. Of course, now that opens up new possibilities for MORE coral placement.....
