so i was adding a surface skimmer to my setup and was wondering if i pull off the original inlet that came with my canister filter and put the skimmer directly onto the inlet line will i lose flow ????
My canister is the cf 300 from truaqua.com its rated for 264gph
i tried using the t fitting it came with but i could not get it to work properly not enough suction for some reason.
I'm using the fluval surface skimmer
