I'm looking at a purchasing a great used 155 gal bow front that was a salt water tank for 7 years. Will I have any problems chemistry and residue wise converting this tank to fresh water?

Thanks

I've done it twice now with secondhand tanks. Just give it a really good soak with fresh water to help remove salt build up and use a razor to remove stubborn patches. After that its good to go.

Just rinse/clean it really well, pretend you bought it 2nd hand and it had algae on it,
and put a little elbow grease when rinsing the corners/etc out before doing the fresh water fill. whatcha thinking of putting in it?
