Tank ideas

I need sugestions on fish to go in a 36gallon tank I was thinkin black river puffer and two fresh water manterays/stingerray.... sound good could use opinions thanks.

No, please don't. These fish require larger tanks, much larger for the rays. Also they require a high level of care, and are picky with water parameters.

Is the tank cycled?

Frshwater rays will not fit in there. They need quite large tanks.
