Tankmate or red devil cichlid?

Hi guys... I'm just wondering if a tankmate is possible with my 8" red devil cichlid... She's in a 54 gallon corner tank and I'm just worried about aggression... Could anything possibly work with her in that tank or would she be better off alone? I bought her in a 180 gallon tank where she has no aggression issues with all the other cichlids... From time to time she would chase other fish but nothin that serious... I know If anything I'd have to put a fish that was almost it's size with it... Any opinions on if this would work and what my best bet is? Thanks!

She should be alone in that tank, if a upgrade is made to a six foot tank then tankmates could be considered. With that size tank there's just not enough room for fish to create their own territories which is a must with large fish.
