So random question. I introduced a purple fire fish to my tank. It got pretty beat up by a one of the other fish and I am wondering how long it will take before this fish starts looking good again? There doesn't appear to be any more picking but it was pretty shredded. Thanks in advance.

That depends on the size of the tank, tank mates, and having enough rock for enough places to hide.
Update: fish looks great find are healing and looks so much better already. So about a week and a half.
