Tetra Identification Please

I have had this fish for 6 or 7 years. I know it is a tetra of some sort. I have not been able to find a similar fish in any LFS to identify it.

My "guess" would be a Black Neon Tetra..who is old. He thinks he's a Zebra Danio, as he likes to school with them

Could anyone help me out?

I don't know what kind of tetra that is, but I don't believe it's a black neon. Black neons are bigger and also have a green stripe.
 
Looking over your picture I notice that there is no adipose fin on this fish. I suspect that what you've got there is a Red-tailed (Brilliant) Rasbora, Rasbora borapetensis.
