Thought I had seen everything

I just found a critter in my tank, and don't know what it is. tried a picture too blurry , it's small about 1/4 inch, got legs, and curls up, put me in mind of a cross between a pill bug and a shrimp. Anyone have any pictures of critters I can look at?
