tiny little shrimp things

i have these tiny little shrimp things in my tank. they mostly live in one chunk of live rock and crawl on the sand. they are white, almost transperant. at a closer look they look like shrimp but im not sure. one day i did a water change and when i poured the new water in, there they came out of the rock, all over, like 50 of them. Are they baby shrimps??(had 2 peppermint shrimp 3 mo ago, but they passed on)

That is what i have, are they good/ok to have. Just food i hope!

They are great to have. Some fish eat them but they also help with clean up in your tank.
