I was looking closely at my aquarium, and I have hundreds of these tiny white specks on my glass. They are almost microscopic--If I look really close I can see legs on them. It looks like a white speck with tiny, almost microcopic, clear legs--in the shape of a starfish. I can see a few white specks floating in the water column as well. They reappear after cleaning my glass in a day. I've also noticed that my fish have been eating them as well. Unfortunately, I can't get these things to show up on camera, but can anyone ID these organisms? Some sort of copepod? Are they harmless?

I'm going to guess small (can't remember the name at the moment) jellyfish.
