To ick or not to ick?

So about a week now, syno cat in 10 gallon has tiny speckles. Turned up heat to 84 and added aqua salt. No better No worse. There is a dwarf puffer in the tank also but he is fine. No spots.
Is it truly ICK or something else
They all eat fine too

Can you post a pic? Ich looks like the fish is sprinkled with sugar. If its Ich they say put temp at 86, do really good vacuuming with water changes. It can 2-3 weeks, it'll get worse before getting better & leave the heat up for at least a week after the last spot is seen.
