Topajo and firemouth cichlids

What are some diets and good foods to feed firemouth and topajo cichlid? I want them to grow healthy and strong

You can get them on nls Thera a medium pellets. Start with that and add in frozen foods like Spirulina Brine shrimp, glass worms and an occasional blood worms

Yeah got all the spirilina, and frozen brine shrimp and bloodworms! Can i feed frozen foods often or do i keep it once every 2 to 3 days? I also give them some peas! Is this okay?

I usually feed flake/ pellets 2-3 times a week and frozen the rest, fast one day. Peas are fine.

Feed them well! Change water frequently and they'll grow fast. My thory went from 3-5" in a couple months. He's a beast
