Translucent web-like growth under rock?

Does anybody know what this might be?
29 gallon FOWLR
1 clown
1 Blenny
5 hermit crabs
1 snail

I just lost a blue/green chromi and a turbo snail within about two days of each other and am wondering if this has anything to do with it.

I'm at work and can't see the picture, but I have them all over my tank. They are scorpid worms... it isn't scorpid it begins with an s...either way, they are harmless filter feeders. They shoot out the webs to capture food.

Thanks for the quick response. I looked at the list of hijackers and I didn't see anything that looked like what I have. I tried taking better photos but that one I posted is the best that I could do. But, if you guys say that what I have is nothing to worry about, then I will let it be.
