Translucent white poop?

I’ve quarantined this angelfish for 8 weeks now medicating with Esha Hex and Esha exit. Doing 40% W/C every 3 days and I even dosed with salt for a week. I am getting nowhere with getting this fish back to good health.

I have just discovered she has a 3 inch very thin translucent white poop hanging out. Any ideas what it is? It doesn’t look like a worm kinda just a thin poop.

It is very hard to see but you can just make it out. It looks like a hair but it isn’t.

Can you get ahold of levimasole? (even the non-conventional way, wink wink)

Unfortunately my angelfish died a couple of days ago. Thanks for your suggestion though.
